Wednesday Word Of The Day

Soap Grafting: The act of attaching an almost completely used piece of soap to an unused piece because it is too small to be used, yet you do not want to waste it.

In today's economy, and with unemployment at 10% I soap graft to save money. Soap grafting, words to live by.
Note: I don't really soap graft.

  1. I LOVE these Wednesday Word of the Day posts because I always learn so much from you!!!

I normally use shower gel instead of bar soap, but just recently I got a bar of DOVE and am so enjoying it. So, I'll have to remember this one!

    Thanks for sharing, FG!

  2. I don't soap graft, but I do save all the small pieces and then melt them down together to make re-usable bars of soap! Just a bit of a money saver but I don't allow our guests to use them :-)
